Immediate position: Account Manager
If you’ve got that certain oomph, enjoy being hands-on, love being client facing, and at a full service, rapidly growing agency dealing with arts, culture and leisure...this could be just the account management job for you!
Joining Wonder, you’ll be responsible for delivering all client project needs. Self-motivated and extremely organised, you will be responsible for all day-to-day communications with the relevant internal and external teams. You will help define the project scope, deliver project documentation, develop estimates and project plans and ensure smooth execution in the studio from concepts through to delivery. You will be responsible for accurate resource projections on a project by project basis working closely with the Directors. Managing all activities to ensure optimum profits are delivered, as well as exceeding client expectations.
Do you have the following experience?
- Agency experience in a similar role
- Experience managing small to large budgets
- Ability to manage a project throughout the entire lifecycle
- Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
- High levels of attention to detail (i.e. pedantic perfection seekers)
- Knowledge and experience managing multi-channel projects, particularly brand, marketing, print and our fastest growing channel, digital (with a focus on website re-developments)
- Excellent time management skills
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive

Immediate position: Web (PHP) Developer
Our digital ambitions are big, demand for our work is high; we're looking to supplement our in-house team with an additional Web Developer.
- You will be an experienced, brilliant individual with outstanding technical capabilities, high work ethic, flexible attitude and passion for development (we see it as a lifestyle, not a job).
- Working on client projects alongside our in-house team, you will be expected to deliver technical excellence at all times in programming languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript & OOP PHP, using Git Version Control and meeting W3C standards for accessibility.
- A Senior Developer at Wonder Associates delivers both front-end and back-end solutions. You will be expected to work with and to add to our framework Content Management System (known as MIYO www.miyocms.com).
- You should continuously demonstrate a wider commitment to the digital industry, with a passion for sharing and applying the latest innovations with relevance, including those related to social networking platforms and mobile apps.
