We were recently commissioned by our friends at The University of Manchester to create a new campaign-able identity for the Careers Service. It was time for a shake-up and to create something more appealing for their 20-something audience. Nothing corporate, nothing bland and certainly nothing with the headline 'Careers Service'... which can strike fear into even the most ambitious of students.
So, we headed down a different path. One where 'Careers Service' becomes 'All that job malarky' and with beautiful, eye-catching main visuals, that combine photograpy with illustration by our wonder-ful CD, Rob Fowler. The new look is already grabbing attention across the campus and driving more people to take a second look at the amazing help on hand.
Tracey Campbell Monks at The University of Manchester said: "We selected Wonder because of the energy, creativity and innovative ideas that they brought with them. A project of this size was something new to us, but we were in safe hands all the way through. Feedback across the institution on the designs is very positive. We’re now in receipt of a toolkit containing multiple pieces of design work and have the internal capacity to create bespoke designs that are very high quality across a wide portfolio of activity. We’re very happy with the outcome and would recommend Wonder to anybody needing fresh ideas and beautiful design work."
